In order to effectively process your request, Cuebiq is required to validate the identity of the individual making the request as well as their ownership of the mobile advertising ID. This ensures the privacy and security of your information. Please provide the following:
If you are an iOS user, this is your Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) and if you are a Google Android user this is your Google Advertising Identifier (GAID). Apple users: To view your IDFA, go to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising and tap View Ad Targeting Information. Google users: To view your GAID, go to Settings on your Android device and click on Privacy>Advanced>Ads. Your Advertising Identifier will be listed at the bottom of the screen.

Are you an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California resident?
YesNoIf yes, you must provide us with a copy of the signed designation form giving you as the authorized agent the right to submit the request on the California resident's behalf.
