Client Solutions Manager

Cuebiq is looking to hire a Client Solutions Manager for our Operations and Strategy department in Chicago. We’re on the lookout for analytical, decisive and creative candidates who have a knack for crafting solutions and seeing them through from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a product and business expert, provide answers to any question related to Cuebiq’s solutions for agencies and direct brands
  • Use product, industry and client knowledge to pitch prospects, provide pre-sales support and drive implementation of Cuebiq’s solutions
  • Keep Sales and Customer Success team apprised of any potential key issues and updated with relevant data associated with pre-sales efforts
  • Create handover packages with detailed solution assumptions for handoff to Client and Tech Operations teams
  • Work directly with all levels of internal departments (Marketing, Product, Client Operations, Data Science, Legal) as well as executives, to improve service offering and ensure customer needs are met
  • Work with cross-functional teams to package learnings into case studies, best practices, and client-facing POVs
  • Brainstorm and implement new ways to optimize client and business workflows

Experience:

  • Research/analytics and client-facing experience
  • A good understanding of the digital industry and its location component is a big plus
  • Agency and/or digital media experience is a big plus

Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills is a plus
  • Solid understanding of turning data into insights

Competencies:

  • Great communication and presentation skills as well as experience working with complex technical concepts, and translating them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management skills including the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and mentor junior team members
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand unique facets of their business, to better deliver tailored solution
  • Ability to synthesize insights and identify underlying business issues
  • Organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
